Return Policy
Merchandise must be returned with freight prepaid. Shortages and
damage must be reported within 10 days of invoice date in order
to obtain a refund. Refused or unwanted orders are required to
pay a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping. All shipping is FOB,
including returns. All returns must have an authorization name
or number displayed on the returned box in order to recover
credit.
Privacy Policy
At
SandSupply, we do not use any of the credit card information
except as needed to complete the transaction. We do, however,
reserve the right to store personal information such as name,
address, etc. for our own use, including but not limited to:
email response to order, warranty information, and information
for any in-house use, such as statistics.
Warranty Information
Most products have a manufactures warranty; however at
SandSupply we want you to be satisfied. Contact us at
productinfo@sandsupply.com describe your problem and concern and
we will do our best to make you happy. Due to the extreme nature
of this sport and different mounting applications (make sure
your mount your flag where it won’t come in contact with
anything such as exhaust systems or even the rider), broken
fiberglass rods do not fall under warranty.
Limitations of remedies and liability: If the product is proven
to be defective, the exclusive remedy at SandSupply’s option
shall be to repair or replace the defective product.
SandSupply shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages,
whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential;
regardless of legal theory asserted, including negligence,
warranty, or strict liability. Buying from SandSupply or its
representatives constitutes acceptance of the terms of
liability.
